Guests receive the boarding location and timing selected for their event. The venue arranges the operator and chooses vessels and service cadence based on the guest count, dock, program, and harbor conditions.

At the end of the event, departures are sequenced through an event-specific return plan rather than a one-size-fits-all shuttle schedule.
