Can the venue host fewer than 150 guests?

That is the intended market position. Final guest count depends on layout, transportation, production, restrooms, staffing, and approvals.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Wi-Fi is not offered as a standard capability. The venue uses cellular connectivity, and specialized requirements need separate technical review.
